Inn at Historic Concord

This is a low budget hotel. While the rooms have been redone, there are a number of issues that remain. The reader to enter the room was faulty causing us to be locked out of our room. The bathroom door doesn’t shut and the outside access doors don’t work. If you need the bare basics, this hotel will work for you.

Construction noise before 7:00 AM. "Buffet Breakfast is a joke. coffee and packaged pastries only, Juice machine did not work. Carpet in the room was filthy. Staff was cordial and helpful.

When we arrived, we could not believe what bad condition this hotel was in. We cancelled on the spot and left. The ad on Expedia was completely misleading, and after I register a formal complaint I will be deleting my account. Totally false advertising.

They called me stating to cancel my reservation trough Expedia and make a new one through the hotel even at more cost. I said no because it was already charged to my cc. When I arrive they did a double charged. Few more people had send issues that night . Worse hotel

Property is in desperate need of a renovation. It was clean.
