The lodge has the perfect location on a lovely yet to be discovered island. The rooms look incredible, airco is working perfectly and the bed was soo good! With view on the beach and so private. Maria is amazing with her great chef skills and always so kind!!!

Cleaning of the rooms could improve! Be aware that this place is on a small island and there's not always hot water but that's the charm of the place!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, near the beach and pretty views.

The food was really good, even though the vegetarian option were very limited. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. It was complicated to get to the island but it was worth it. The beach at the hotel was beautiful and safe to swim in.

It was rather complicated to reach the island and I didn't know that the ferry and plane fly at very specific times, so if you miss them, you won't be able to reach the island. Make sure to precisely plan how to get there. Also, I didn't have hot water in my shower, which was fine, but for the price I would've liked to have access to a warm shower.

The property is a wonder in the middle of the Las Perlas archipelago. Every detail was considered to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay in the middle of the ocean, close to the beach, and surrounded by nature. The restaurant offers high-quality seafood and beverages. Rooms are customized for the most exigent tastes. It was a great experience.

We had no complaints.

This hotel was overpriced and the website photos are deceiving. The outdoor pool was small and dirty as well as outdoor seating unclean. There was no drinking water in the rooms (tap water unsafe) and water bottles were $5. There was no one to greet us, check us in, or help with things to do on the island. The beach was dirty. Wi fi was great though. Overall disappointing.

Je moet zelf enkele dagen op voorhand de ferry boeken. De ophaaldienst van het hotel is enkel op het eiland zelf. Onze ferry zat vol en we raakten niet op tijd op het eiland. Het hotel heeft onze reservatie voor ons aangepast zonder extra kosten. Er zijn twee plekken, allebei erg mooi. Het personeel is behulpzaam maar niet iedereen spreekt Engels. Het hotel heeft alle comfort, maar af en toe is er geen water. Je zit dan ook op een eiland met weinig voorzieningen. Je moet een klein beetje avontuurlijk zijn om naar Saboga te gaan, toch voelden we dat we alle luxe hadden.

It is unclear on booking as well as on the Insta of Saboga Lodge, but the Lodge is in two parts: the main one with the lodge, resturant, swimming pool and more; and at 15' walk distance an annex called Villa Noelia, which is a 4 bedroom house, with its own dinning room and one staff person dedicated to the clients in this part - breakfast, lunch, dinner (all optional), an cleaning. The Isla Saboga is great and the location of Villa Saboga is great, even better in my view than the lodge. In the winter season (August) we had teh beach for our selves, a superb beach restaurant with a French Chef just for us, and the whales all day long.

The communication of the Lodge is unclear. Initially I was not happy to be allocated to Villa Noelia, but indeed, when I saw it I love it much more than the Lodge. The management of the hotel is poor. The staff is great but any communication is cumbersome, not addressing the issue. It must be clear that it is a remote and small island, hence water is scarce and it is not possible to take shower; which is fine. The a la caret menu is expensive over a long stay (we stayed 5 days).
