"Not the romantic getaway we'd hoped for on my birthday."

The Assistant Manager, Jordan was great, especially in regard to our requesting a refund. Lake Tahoe is always beautiful so that and the drive were nice.

The room was clean & comfortable but not worth $415/night! I was told it was s members only beachfront, but it was all public access and gross. The restaurant was rundown and way too expensive for basic meals. This pre-planned "romantic" getaway was not at all pleasant and we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. Very heartbroken and disappointed. 😔
