"It was a great place and very affordable compared to the other hotels in the area"

Location was great close to a lot of fun things to do

Elevator has a hydraulic line leak you can smell it and the children upstairs were jumping all over the place

Easy to book, close to where I needed to be

I was double charged, now have to wait on a refund - staff doesn't greet you, and when I went to check out they just sat in the chair off to the side. Went down for breakfast at 7:15 and nothing in the crock pots besides one biscuit.

The location. Close to Kings Island.

A charge was placed on my credit card that should not have been charged. It was a lot of effort on my part to finally get it removed.

"Management is very rude"

Clean, and affordable.

Tv didn’t work, and I was not refined my security deposit until I did a charge back. I called and they were very rude to me and said he would refund, when he didn’t. Which was odd. I never had a problem on my other 4 stays. But I’ll never stay again. No need to yell and keep interrupting me.
