Nothing went well

Place was filthy, room was pretty gross inside, vehicles outside had smashed windows. Didn't feel safe.

It was disgusting, smoking there everything was broke beds disgusting I had to ask for a different room And made a big deal

First things first, no trash can in the room, I been here since Thursday night today is Sunday, been here a couple days no room service, my boss, busy guy forgot to make an extension on my room first day, and they’re calling me begging for money, I call my boss in a few minutes matter resolved, next day Saturday same thing this time they called me an hour after asking for payment, I said no problem I’ll get the boss on it, it took my boss 45 minutes or so to extend it as he was at work handling other things, they called me twice same day begging for money, long story short all paid no problem, today I’m leaving and I decide to ask for a late one hour extension as I just simply want to take nap before leaving to the convention center to pick up my signs from the booth, and then to Minneapolis, and I was rudely rejected for a late checkout , let me be clear, this is the first time I have ever been denied a late check out, it’s not like business is booming here, I’m sure there aren’t a lot of tourist from Florida . I get the vibe This woman at the desk simply treated me like a non human, she made me feel like a Palestinian, not sure what she has against young straight handsome colored men with long hair but it’s something that it felt like she has against me. One star, no breakfast no trash can no Goodmorning from the front desk lady. No hospatlity, as a southerner I will never recommennd st cloud in Minnesota thank you very much, not to mention I feel like the only Spanish guy here in st cloud so I guess that’s second nature here to act like that towards ppl like me.

They did tell me her was no hot water when I checked in then when I went to the desk questioning it they told me there boiler has been down for two days an that they as no hot water and also told me that could refund me cause there was no manager on sitet there I'ce machine isn't even working

The staff was manipulative letting us check into a room without telling us there was no hot water when it's negative 5° outside got off work couldn't even take a shower to relax and went to the front desk and the staff was rude said they wouldn't refund my money to go to another hotel and didn't give any kind of explanation or discount because it was no hot water in the hotel
