Days Inn by Wyndham Chillicothe

Absolutely filthy and unsafe! Had to beg to get room "cleaned", smoke detector not hooked to wall, roaches came out of the sink, door battered,front of wall heating unit fell off and then duct taped to the wall. I have photos!!!

This was a very Abadan place to stay th Ed fi st room did not have any heat and it was only 9 degrees out side. They gave us a second room suite that was dirty, had bugs, no soap to wash your hands with and no other items to bath with. On the sidewalk there was 4 dead mice I would not recommend this place to anyone

Didn’t like anything!

The hotel was a complete disaster I went to go take a shower and the tub spout shot off the life and the curtain rob fell off the wall. The sink in the room has a crack through the whole thing and was leaking on the floor. The beds didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned I actually had to sleep in my truck because I was afraid of bringing bed bugs back home with me.

Very very dirty place

Filthy. Run down. Bugs. Terrible smells.

The property just needs to be repaired. Walking into the building where my room was there were bags of trash. Went into my room, there was no trash can, the safety chain had been damaged and the person tried to fix it. The door to the bedroom would close but if you pulled on the handle the door frame started coming out. They did not supply shampoo.

No towels. No bathroom tissue. No kleenex. No pillow cases.

Wwe killed multiple roaches in our room; there was mold around the tub; the non-smoking facility smelled of smoke (people were smoking throughout the night in the room(s) just below us); this was clearly a semi-permanent residence for people. This was not a Days Inn or Wyndham quality property. I'm surprised they are able to use Days Inn or Wyndham name.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff.
