I would rate this stay as fair to good

I told the front desk 4 times that I wanted to see the room first being ignored the whole time and continued to check me in. Finally went to see the room very small and crowded. There was a hole in the ceiling of the closet big enough for someone to come thru. Ask to see the pool and NO pool ,was advertised online. Pool was told was still under construction. I said we would have to look elsewhere and was told well you are already checked in, I told her that I had told her not to and to cancel it she said she would have to give me a phone number to her boss or I could call my credit card. After calming down and checking into a different motel I called the phone number and she said it will be canceled, so now I will check with the credit card to make sure it was done. A very unpleasant experience

Outlet in bathroom did not work. No working door on bathroom. Renovations going on, place was unfinished. No closet/place to hang clothes. Could not turn off the bed headboard light; it was on all night. TV did not work and there was no staff available who could fix it. There was thin metal sheeting that blocked access under the bed. That is fine, but every time I stepped up to the bed my foot would kick it and it sounded like a loud metal drum. Terrible design.

Stunk! The room had an 8th inch of dust. The floor was disgusting! Bathroom door won’t close. Someone’s old bar of soap was in the shower! It was awful!

Not clean,no carpet dirty floor,bathroom did not close,bath tub was dirty, no toilet paper holder,no closet doors, tin on bottom of bed was noisy, getting in the bed hard not to hit it.

Front desk worker was beyond rude. Wouldn’t even greet me when I walked in. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The parking lot was completely littered with trash. All the doors look like they had been kicked in at some point. When we tried to check in, the girl rudely told me that she doesn’t have any rooms. I showed her my confirmation and she said oh well I don’t know what to tell you. Then turned around and walked away from me. I had to stand there and raise my voice to get her to come back out so that I could figure out what to do next. She was completely rude and does not belong working a front desk with customer service. This hotel needs to be taken off of Expedia as a choice. I would not want my worst enemy to stay in a establishment as trashy as this one.

This hotel was filthy. Spider webs, crumbs on floor, mold in bathroom! Shady!!

Not well maintained, checkin area smelled like smoke, shower had bugs and dirt, floors were dirty.
