Americas Best Value Inn Grenada

Driving 16 hours, gave our room away without calling, and stuck in strange town with no vacancies anywhere.

It was so ratchet the most raggly and good eat hotel I ever been to its a cheap motel nothing like a hotel

hotel is in terrible shape. the first room was horrible so they moved us to a better room but it was also terrible. Old old sway mattress and not very clean. Lots of rougher clientele..lay around hotel room all day with doors open and laundry drying all over chairs outside..would not recommend this hotel even for an overnight.

When we walked up to the room, door was all rusted, went in and there was a hole in the bedspread the size of a baseball, mattress was lumpy and hard in some places and sunk in others, pillows were flat, cheap towels, faucet in bathtub leaked and never would shut off, hair dryer didn’t work, soap scum on shower walls and much repair needed to walls and ceiling. However, Staff was friendly.

Good stay for the price.

Great stay and rested good everything was close by and walking distance if u don’t want to drive

When checking in the lobby door was locked at 9pm. The front office clerk was the rudest person I've ever encountered. She either hated herself or her life or maybe both. The area that was open smelt like weed. And the cleanliness of the room was beyond terrible. The corners appeared to have never been touched by a broom or anything of that nature. By the looks for the carpet into if the chair in the room something appeared to be growing from up under the chair or the carpet was growing something foreign. However the lady working in the morning at the front desk was awesome. She was very apologetic for everything. She was a delight.

Roaches and really old bad mattresses. You can feel all the springs inn the mattrese

I can't even stay in the hotel .. it has not heat! Had to leave.

We ordered a king-size bed and got 2 double beds. Lady at counter ignored us while she talked to another employee.
