"Good"

Room was small. The bed sagged to the middle. The TV did not work well. The breakfast was good and hot.

"Scared for our safety"

There were sketchy people messing around outside the front of the hotel for no reason. I've never actually seen people loiter at a hotel. We get there, go in the front lobby, no clerk. But there's a sign saying they'll be back in 5 minutes. Well their definition of 5 minutes and my waches definition of 5 are drastically different apparently. We get the room right above the main entrance so it's loud because it's where the loitering people are. Hotel was in disrepair and very dirty all around.

"Keep on Driving"

There are other choices all within sight of each other... choose one of them instead. This was low-rent and old, dirty and disappointing. I've stayed at other America's Best Value Inns, and this one is definitely at the bottom of the list - too bad, as it hurts the brand as well

"My first negative feedback"

On the positive the receptionist and woman who serviced us our breakfast were friendly. Our room stunk of smoke, we requested non smoking. The carpet was wet, the tv didn't work. No plate in microwave. Hotel did not resemble picture on website. Pool was ok eventhough one ladder was broken including outdoor furniture. Hotel needs a big overall. Unfortunately I do not recommend that anyone stay here. To top it off police arrested someone the morning we left.

On a business strip with many restaurants, a Wal-Mart, and other motels. This was cheapest one on Travelocity when I booked after 6pm night of stay. Had a bed, thats all I cared about

"Good"

This was the biggest dump I have ever stayed. Service was poor. The tile in bathroom looked like a child did it. Stains on ceiling. Completely falling apart!

"Dirty and surly."

Two ticks in bed. TV Remote broken and not replaced. Employee in charge of replacement was on her cell phone with a personal call the whole time I was trying to talk to her. Hair dryer had not worked in weeks. The end was broken off and made no sound when plugged in and turned on. Never replaced the whole time we were there. Shower floor felt like walking on a beach (soft and spongy). It was a pit.

"Pet friendly but worn down"

I stayed because it was pet friendly. It was worn down...hole in comforter, chipped paint, beat up fridge but my room was clean given those circumstances. The night clerk was practically rude when I tried to have a conversation with her during the process
