It was a disaster and I was not able to get a room. But There was rooms available

Fast hot water, nice pool. Comfortable bed.

Bugs! Not infested, but plenty of bugs. Cathode tv, basic cable, no movie channels.

Clean. Friendly. Efficient.

Absolutely nothing

The Entire hotel was disgusting; we rented 4 rooms. Every room had issues and was not clean. In 1 room alone there was a used condom in the made bed and dirty socks, numerous messages written on curtains and walls stating to leave bed bugs bite, the ceiling was falling in, there was burn marks covering the rooms, vomit on the carpet and the door, completely rusted fridge, syringes on the balconies. Roaches crawling across the lobby floor. The staff was horribly rude; threw my reservation at me and told me it was cancelled when trying to check in and then left the building. Refused to clean the rooms so we could use them. I am attaching photos.

Nada esas personas me botaron del hotel no quisieron darme la habitación primero por que había reservado por la aplicación 57.70 total y ella me quería cobrar 80.70 me botaron me gritaron los tengo grabados a ella y a un hombre mayor que se prepare que voy a poner una denuncia por racismo dicen ellos que por no hablar inglés

Si pudiera diera 0 está personas son muy malas me botaron del hotel dice que por no hablar inglés yo sé que fue por que reserve por la aplicación y ella quería cobrarme más me botaron de hotel me gritaron que se preparen que voy a poner una demanda por racismo
