I didn't like the fact that I had booked this room from the 19th to the 23rd and the man who worked downstairs in the office told me that my booking was not valid which I knew was crap so I didn't even get to stay those three days so you got a free 3 days from me after staying there for almost maybe a week a week and a half

RUN! This place is not safe! Rooms are deplorable. My room had no carpet, trash and cigarette buts everywhere and waste still in the toilet because they don't flush! Didn't even set my luggage down. Went straight back and had them refund my charges and went on to a Hilton property nearby.

Check in took over 30 minutes. The entire building was extremely hot because AC was broken and we were told they are not fixing it because it cost 10k. First room we went to took another 30 minutes to get into. The key card unit was broken. When the front desk clerk opened it and turned on the light and smashed a cockroach in front of my girl and me. He left and we proceeded to see cockroaches come out of the walls. The room reeked f cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room that was cockroach-free but just as bad. Trash filled room with all of the trash swept under the beds. TV did not work and did not have a working remote. Tub did not drain, toilet barely flushed and it smelled terrible. No refund or extra night free because we were told we booked on Expedia. I would highly not recommend this place. It needs to condemned or shut completely down for a full renovation. Talk about disgusting . Worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever had.

Bugs, no towels, dirty sheets, door didn't lock or close very good

Didn't like anything. Room was dirty,the card key wouldn't work, found drugs in the room.

Would never stay there again.
