Had bed bugs and them all night and day walkers and it was honestly to expensive for the prove it’s self but the pool was nice but I found a needle and it was my kids birthday but the

I was already sketched out when I pulled up.

I booked a room here last night for my daughter’s surgery this morning and when we got up this morning, we had bite marks all over us, and I actually seen a bedbug on the wall in the bathroom, so I took a video to prove there was a bedbug in there which also in the video pinpoint the location to this hotel. I have no reason to lie about it, but the owner refused to give me a refund until she has her own pest control guy come and look for that bedbug. She specifically said that she’s going to have them look for that bug to prove that it is a bedbug and then she will issue my refund. She argued with me that it was a roach instead of a bedbug, and that her housekeeper even told her it was a roach, even though the housekeeper never seen the picture or video. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Yes, it was cheap inconvenient, but it was definitely not worth the experience and then the way that she treated me when I showed her the video and asked for a refund. She said that she had to do what she had to do because she’s running a business and that makes her lose money if she has a report of a bedbug.. The woman seemed somewhat nice and dressed up and professional, but she seemed to be in denial that I had a video of a bedbug On her bathroom wall in room 296

I could summon trip up in a multitude of ways- 1.) Front Desk checkin was personably pleasant a greeting.. 2.)Room accommodation wonderful, even tho I had to change rooms due to the foul odor from wore carpet and the smell of pet urine..Altho the upgraded room made up for it with no issues.. 3.)The rooms are clean by most part , the only thing is the carpet could be either replaced or shampoo monthly or replaced with either tile / flooring planks due to pet accommodations...4.)The furniture could also be refurbished or upgraded which ever being that of economicial and the maintenance upgrade air vents cleaning / replaced s well as electricial plates missing or torn out with risk of possible shock risk if in part ,Occupied by children or Most Pets.." In Advicement Stated... ("Potentially Hazardous ") 5.) Final Summary being added to that of First mentioned" Front Desk : upon Arrival/ Accommdations Overturned Statement in last Final & in parting.(1a.)Terrible/ Distasteful Reproche in Telephone communication skills & professionalism part being The Front Desk lacking in Online Reservations being insight read readiness/ Then Distasteful Aproache being Non- Present In explainitory, Only Room Phone Communication Skilled with Stated after stay Theres a 11.00 charge still due , In which had, "No Cause Formed by me or my reservations( 2nd night paid in cash $11.00 under W/ No Credit from first nights negligence on there part..

Had to be moved several times because of Ac and tv issues but the maintenance guy was very kind and did finally get us in a room where it was cool and the tv worked after 3 tries not his fault at all.

First of all not only should this establishment be shut down but Expedia should be embarrassed and never advertise this slum palace anymore. As you walk around the grounds you will definitely notice this place doesn’t even look close to the pictures they list on their site and as your walking or driving around the hotel you will see several homeless people laying or standing around in the back drinking and smoking. The rooms have a super moldy smell. Burn holes in the curtains. Roaches crawling out from the bathroom sink. I couldn’t take a shower due to the pipe that Leads to the shower head was yanked out spraying up in the ceiling and then flooding the bathroom floor. My Dads room was the same way along with he had no hangers, the ceiling light cover was gone exposing the bulb and electrical wiring. There was one washcloth left for him and it was so nasty it turned it almost black. My dad was forced into going to another hotel stating that this hotel was totally unacceptable and was a health hazard and a risk of any electrical issues. My Father took several pictures of the issues we encountered at this hotel. I definitely believe I should be issued a full refund because this was not a hotel. It felt more like section eight and should be removed from your site. I will wait for your response and see how this can be resolved.

It Was Not Safe Someone Got Stabbed Bad Drug Problems Homeless People Sleeping And Peeing On The Property People Braking Into Rooms No Security Staff Making Entery Into People's Room's With There Key Cards Not Safe At All Would Not Recommend Staying At Trade Winds

Convenience to my destination.

Lobby odor was not good at all. room was moderately clean. No phone in room to call desk. //no remote for TV or Cable.

The place was not well maintained. The room had an odor. The sheets had stuff on them. The bedspread had multiple cigarette burns. The toilet had not been scrubbed. Jennie was very responsive when I asked for my money back. This place did not rate the two stars given on Expedia.
