"Good and the bad at the Best Western"

It was close to the ballpark, and the room was clean and cool.

I was bitten by bed bugs. I sent photos in an email but never got a response back from this hotel. Also, the pool wasn't clean. The water was green, like the pumps had been turned off.

Staff was very helpful and kind. We were in town for a Brewers game, and to our surprise, the hotel provided a free shuttle back and forth to the game. It added an extra bit of ease - and fun! - to our trip. Very welcoming, and the room was incredibly comfortable.
