Best Western Plus Milwaukee West

The reason I chose this hotel was because they had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working. I was very disappointed and definitely would have chosen a different hotel if I was informed before I made my reservation.

Near destination

Dirty, stinky, carpet was sticky like floors been wet and soaked. Tile floor was spray on or feels wet and sticky. Staffs sprayed something all over the room that cause the entire room to be sticky. Bed was not made. We were scared that there were bed bugs because of how stained and unmade the bed was. The bed sheet was lifting off from the mattress. There was a fly that flew on me. Unsafe neighborhood. Staff was not welcoming.

I liked the shuttle for the games. However the gentleman that was at the front desk with green hair give us incorrect information about room transfer and did not receive a breakfast card til the morning after when the lady was able to help us.

Very easy to check in & staff was very nice & helpful.
