The staff was over wonderful, they helped with everything we asked for. Very polite and professional and willing to help with any requests!

The property is definitely dated and not kept up with well. There are some repairs that definitely need to happen. They painted over outlets in a similar fashion to cheap landlords.

The ROOM was clean, the entry and hall floors were dirty. Front staff was nice. Food at the bar/grill below wasn't good. I would not stay here again.

The price was good for the time of year and local events.

The elevator broke mid stay and i was traveling with an injured friend, the rooms smelt like there was smoking by previous visitors or the rooms next to us and the Air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room much.

Didn't get the chance to experience anything seeing they don't let the local community stay there. And it took my refund a long time to come back to my account,

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel because they lost our reservation from Booking.com. I tried calling ahead twice to confirm that they received our reservation & they never answered their phone. When we arrived, the front desk staff initially told us that no rooms were available but later that they could “squeeze us in.” It didn’t inspire confidence & we didn’t feel safe to stay there due to this.
