Great service, food, and shuttle to American family field stadium

Couldn't check in @ 2:30 p.m. a half hour before check in time @ 3:00 p.m.

Hotel is not well kept up for the price. We reserved months before we came so that we were sure to get a room for the Brewer game. The price was high at $215/night. Once we were there, we looked at the hotel online to check room cost and it was nor $135/night. The staff told us the reason for this is that the hotel didn't fill and that they had rooms open so the price went down. Felt like a rip off as they wouldn't reduce our rate at all. The hotel is old and not worth the price we were charged. Outlets in our room were not covered. The hall by the restroom in the restaurant area was covered with water puddles over the 5 days we were there. Very dangerous.

I love the coffee machine in the lobby especially since I'm a decaf drinker. I like the compact size of the room I liked 4th Base bar for a great lunch.and was recommended by a woman on staff.

The room smelled like cat pee, im guessing it was damp but the a/c didn't take it away. The pillows were very lumpy and I had to sleep without one.

It was a great fit for the Brewers game. Easy to walk to and from the game.

Great location to American Family Field. Tony? the night desk person was super friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great, prices, service and food were excellent.

Not enough parking spaces. Carpet in room was old and funky. Old hotel was very loud, could hear every footstep in the room above us. Room was out of shower gel when we got there and ran out of tissue 1st night. Didn't know about the shuttle to the game till after I bought parking at the field , could have saved me $.

The restaurant and the shuttle were a great bonus for us

We did have issues with our room keys not working two or three times during our stay but the breakfast and on-site restaurant were very nice!

Price. Terrible. 3x the normal cost $425 a night plus tax
