Had to use stair bc no elevator

The value and pool.

Not really a complaint but the room is nothing like the picture. That being said, for what we needed the room was fine and a good value.

La struttura e un vecchio Hotel ma questo poco importante se fosse tenuto pulito siamo stati costretti a far cambiare le lenzuola perché pieni di capelli ….! Tra l imbarazzo di un povero portiere che non sapeva come scusarsi siamo stati costretti a rifarci il letto!! Prr non parlare della colazione a dir poco indecente La frutta marcia rimasta sempre la stessa per tutto il soggiorno per dirne una!! Sconsigliatissima!!!!

The breakfast was perfectly adequate. The room clean and comfortable but did have an old motel musty odor at first. While the hotel is very dated, it served my needs. I was there only one night and it was very quiet although I could tell the room doors could be noisy with inattentive guests' coming and going. The beds were super comfortable and I liked the uncarpeted floors. Who wants to walk around on old, stained carpeting? The lighting in the room was really good. Nice to have ample and free parking.

Not that it can be improved, but the location was on a busy 4+ lane highway and the room smelled musty at first. It either dissipated or I got used to it.

Breakfast was great. On-site parking is plentiful. The complimentary shuttle service to East Falls Church Metro was very helpful. The staff, including the shuttle drivers, were very friendly. There are a few restaurants nearby, so lunch abd dinner can be easily taken care of even if you are traveling as a large party. This is the second time that we stayed here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for budget friendly and clean accommodation in the DC metro area.

The room could benefit from more lighting fixtures. The furniture in the patio had rust. It might be better to remove those furniture to minimize chances of medical incidents.

Furniture was all updated

Older hotel but they are doing a good job of upkeep.
