It was inexpensive for one night, breakfast was really good.

They told us we could get a shuttle from the metro, so my husband called to make sure they would be there when we were headed back since my son and I had somewhere we had to be and. Wouldn’t have time to wait. We were told it would be 10 to 15 minutes from the time he called. When we got there, We ended up waiting 20 minutes and then when she pulled in she let somebody else in the “shuttle” (which apparently is just a dodge grand caravan) and couldn’t fit anyone in addition to the family of 3 that stole our spot, and when we ran over to explain that we were the ones I had called twice, She said sorry I can come back. I ended up having to pay for a Lyft and being late to the event with my son. We had 2 adjoining rooms, both smelled like animal or musty and were just not well maintained and gross. My other son and husband were going to go in the pool while we went to the event, but they said the pool was disgusting and not clean.

Low Key location, easy parking. Happy they didn't allow the pot smokers to hang in the lobby

Internet went out in storm and wasn't back on the next day; front door to outside could not open (first floor room) - not sure if that was on purpose?

Great value.

They said they'd return the deposit, but they haven't returned it yet (I doubt they'll return it yet).

The friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, and close to Arlington National Cemetery. Our room was clean and the area seemed safe.

No elevator so if u can't do stairs make sure to book a downstairs room. The restaurant was having issues the night we stayed.
