Ramada by Wyndham Savannah Gateway

Showers had mold on the ceiling,dirty toilets.I had to be moved rooms The room I was moved to was better but still sub par.out dated hotel and not clean.I wouldn't stay again.

The Location

Room was in terrible condition. Broken trim, door looked like it was broken into recently. Broke down car on jack in the parking lot. Mold in the bathroom and chewed up doors. The bathroom light did not work. The faucet sprayed water everywhere. It was just very below standards.

Not to clean, carpet was dirty

The staff was excellent—courteous and helpful at every interaction, whether I needed a towel or during check-out. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was very poor. The refrigerator was rusted, there were holes in the baseboards, and the overall appearance was unclean and run-down. It looked as if there had been water damage or a flood at some point. I didn’t have much of a choice at the time, so I made it work, but the room definitely needs a complete remodel. I’d rate the room 0 out of 10, but the staff gets a solid 10 out of 10.

The property appeared very run-down. If I had more options or a bigger budget, I definitely wouldn’t have stayed there. It’s unfortunate that even at $200 a week, someone has to sleep in those conditions. No one should have to experience that. To make matters worse, there was a large cockroach in my room.

Everything was bad. Rooms were dirty and bad smells and the light didn’t work. The refrigerator was disgusting. We didn’t stay, canceled and when else were.. not worth it

Staff was pleasant.

Roaches. Broken pool ladder with broken furniture.

Bed bugs and paid twice for the same room.

I am not stay this hotel very bad smell in room I talk to front desk he told me go to other hotel and I found nearest hotel and shift stell he not return my money

diiiiirty! loud , uncomfortable , so outdated , hot rooms. worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in , we left a day early to avoid sleeping there again
