Convenient location to the Hampshire cricket ground. Beautiful setting and garden.

It’s not a spa as it advertises and hasn’t been for quite some time it seems. The Spa facility has been closed for refurb for more than a year apparently (potentially up to 3)! This is not made clear anywhere before you book.

Le bâtiment a du charme. Le personnel du matin était agréable, contrairement à celui du soir. Lit kingsize, dommage qu’on ne puisse pas en profiter . Chambre spacieuse.

Chaleur étouffante, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Bouilloire dégouttante, présence de cafards sur le tapis, robinets d’époque, pas possible de régler l’eau (chaleur et débit), chauffe-serviettes brûlant en permanence, produits de salle de bain ont tous déjà été utilisés précédemment. On y reviendra plus malgré la beauté du site. Pas de SPA. Publicité mensongère.

the bed was really comfy and the view was brilliant the restaurant and bar was really nice and the food we had really tasty

no iron / ironing board in the room could have done with more or firmer pillows

Friendly and efficient service

Plumbing was a biit tempermenal; especially the shower.
