Valentines weekend and No facilities. Not advised on the booking information or obviously advised to show this.. very disappointed. Room was tired and dated, was expecting more refined luxury.

Disappointing. Over promising and under-delivering. Spa shut. Pool shut. Faded decoration. Tired and definitely seen better days. Staff look bored and not very friendly.
