Upon checking in, I found that the floor had not been swept and I found a walnut size cockroach on it's back and still alive. I went to ask for a dustpan and broom. I went back to the office with the intention of showing them (no yelling involved) that their housekeeping staff is not doing an adequate job and the young female receptionist accused me of being disrespectful. I was a bit confused and flabbergasted. At first I thought she was kidding. Then she told me that she wanted us to check out and leave. I said no because I had nowhere else to go. She stated that she could tell that I was the type of person who would complain about everything until I checked out. She proceeded to tell me that she'd rather I didn't stay because she knows I'm going to give a bad review. I told her that I had not planned on doing that but I would certainly be doing that now due to her rudeness. I went back to my room and a few minutes later the phone rang. She was calling me to tell us that she wanted us to check out and if we did not, she would call the cops. I told her that if she could find me a hotel nearby, I would gladly leave (there were no hotel rooms available anywhere because it was the day before the eclipse). I had pre-paid $75 for this room and I think she wanted me to leave so she could re-rent it for twice the cost to some desperate person looking for a last minute room. Cops never came. Horrible woman. Hair in the tub, used up pantyshield in corner of shower, dead bugs in fridge, ripped curtains, stained bedding, lumpy pillows, non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were far cleaner and more pleasant. I'm not a difficult person, but I do expect a clean room. I've travelled extensively and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Most hotel staff will bend over backwards to make something right. She didn't care at all about the condition of the room or our experience. She was unacceptably rude.

Okay for the cost. No in room coffee. only one trash can in room . My wife was bitten then killed one bedbug the lobby was notified upon checkout. All items washed according to recommendations upon returning home. Room searched no others were found.

We arrived sometime in August 2022 and stayed until January 2023. We would've left after the first couple of weeks, but we stayed because of Christine. Christine is really the only person who seemed to care about this place and she was the only housekeeper the entire time we were there. She would start work at 6:30am some days and work till 10pm or later.. The owners don't care about their property or their guests. They allowed many of their guests to turn it into a garbage dump.. Trash was thrown all over the parking lot. They didn't enforce guests to pick up their dog crap. They, literally, didn't care. The most enjoyable time we spent there was when they went back to India for the holidays. The entire atmosphere changed when they were gone. Back to Christine, she is overworked, under paid and completely 100% under appreciated. The owners use and abuse her and blame her for everything. They left someone completely incompetent in charge while they were gone and several rooms flooded during the cold snap that happened. Including our room. So instead of taking care of the paying guests there and getting them in a dry room, he spent over an hour going to empty rooms turning on faucets. Common sense would've been to turn on the rooms heat, but he lacks that. We lost several personal items from we had to use to try to hold back the water. No offers of compensations were made for our troubles. All he did was try to place the blame solely on Christine's shoulders. Yet she's the one who got a plumber to come out on Christmas Eve. She's the one who called the cable and internet companies when they acted up. The owners DO NOT care at all. They literally just want your money.. Also they can't agree on prices for the rooms. When I called to check prices I was told 1 price. I called back later and was given another price. When we arrived I was given a 3rd price. Varonda, refused to honor the price I believe her husband gave me. She told me if I didn't like it I could leave. But since this place was actually the "cheapest" if you can call it that and 1 of the few that allowed dogs, we stayed. As I stated they don't care about their guests or their workers.

First of all, i want to say that I have a terrible experience. I check in al 12:30 AM December 15 and check out at 6:00 AM same day. I stay at room 222, the heather doesn't work and was very cold. The bathroom had a lot of molds, and the towel were bloody. The room was not smoking and smell a lot of cigarettes. The receptionist was rude and didn't do any help for anything. you need more reasons? I am very disappointed from this place. Please check my account with hotels.com

The room was filthy. Floor was not swept. Commode was actually covered with feces and urine. Coffee pot still had the coffee grounds from last patron. Bed was not made properly. Two lights did not work. Towels in bathroom were dirty and stained. There were cigarette butts and trash behind the dresser. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.

If you are Disabled and use a wheelchair, do not use this place! The room that is marked as ADA compliant has unsafe electrical outlets and looks like it has been smoked in since the 1980's.

This hotel was awful looked nothing like the picture. At check in was told they hadn’t started the breakfast they advertised. First few rooms I saw had the doors open with the mattress against the door frame so that was nice. Then couldn’t even count the number of flies i could see through the window before opening the door to my room. I couldn’t stay there and mistakenly I didn’t pay for the cancellation policy so basically I just threw money away. Don’t go the cheap route like I tried to.

I paid extra just for breakfast, but there was none. I was overcharged for my stay here. Staff wasn't very friendly. It also lits they have a hot tub, which they do not. If you do book here dont do it on expedia. I spent $50-$70 per night when they have a sign outside that says $39 per night.

Unfortunately, we were in town for a funeral so did not spend much time in the room but it was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
