We never had any problems with the room. The breakfast was great! And the staff was so pleasant and helpful. Very quiet. Loved it! And because of James kindness and great service we will be back. Thanks!

This place is just okay for the price. No carpet in rooms, property has litter everywhere. It appears that many people live there permanently. Staff is very friendly. It is just off I-35, so is pretty noisy.

It was ok. The air conditioner did not work properly and i was given the handecap room and was not given the opportunity to change it.

My friend and I went to check in at the hotel and did not stay. There were flies in the room, the door didn't shut well, the curtains were torn and there appeared to be something that looked like blood on the curtains. In addition, there was a tarp outside of the room covering someone's dialysis medicine. We were in the room for 10 minutes, maybe and returned the keys to the desk. I spoke to the person behind the desk. His name was Moheet (or something like that). I explained we would not stay and that we would request a full refund from Expedia. He agreed that we should receive a full refund. He said that if he was contacted by Expedia he would agree to the full refund.
