Americas Best Value Inn Hillsboro

Arrived here and as somewhat dissappointed. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and there was absolutely minimal room service during my entire stay there. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper (I had to go ask), and I had to pretty much dump my own trash. There is minimal hotel staff to maintain the hotel. Not enough to keep all rooms clean on a daily basis. My room was in bad need of vacuuming, which never got done. In addition, I noticed little black jumping bugs in my bed. The room did, however, have a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee pot. The staff were pretty friendly, but given all the other negative items

We stayed here as much for its proximity to the interstate as any other reason. It is handy to shopping as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, but facilities are ONLY so so. Our room was fairly noisy with traffic sounds. We got there quite late because of traffic gridlock in Dallas, and a poor GPS. The room was clean except for an ugly surprise in the coffee pot. It had some 1 or 2 week old coffee that was actually mouldy. Obviously it hadn't been checked for that long. The night manager apologized and cleaned the carafe but there was no way we were using it.. Breakfast was not the most plentiful or fresh, but edible. We would stay again, but in a room farther from I35.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being designated as non smoking, and the mini fridge was non functioning. The whole place felt creepy and unsafe. We decided to leave within 10 minutes as my spouse and daughter couldn't stand the smell. I was promised a refund by front desk staff when I returned my key card and told them we would not be staying but we never received one.

Started late, ran all day, got tired got a room and shower. The mgt seemed friendly, A true king size bed.(108) low rates. Easy access to I-35. Pool looked nice, wish i had time for a dip. Great sleeping mattress. Had Tv,mic, fridge. Nice room, Good people

While the hotel and room decor is not new...it was a quiet sleep. There was coffee in the room and there was breakfast served in the lobby; but we did not eat breakfast at hotel, so I can not rate that.

We booked the room based on its proximity to the Hwy on our way to Mexico. I was exhausted from the drive so I slept ok but my wife hardly got any sleep due to the Hwy noise. The room was rated as a 2 star! which was accurate in my honest opinion ... clean but tired room if you know what I mean!

This is what you'd expect. The price is average for this type of hotel. I didn't have a reservation but rather just stopped in. The person at the front was very nice and got me into a room quickly. The rooms are older, but mine was clean and comfortable and did the trick for the night. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm passing through Hillsboro and need to stop.

Air conditioner did not work after it cut off the first time. Only lavatory, no vaniety space for personal stuff. TV did not have closed caption, which is against the law because hearing impaired people need this. Only one lamp over night stands worked. We did not feel like it was clean. Wish we had never stopped for a room here!!

The people are very friendly. We stayed a week and couldnt have been happier. We where given a low weekly rate. Even though we stayed a week we where given clean linens daily which most hotels don't do unless .requested. Very clean rooms.comfortable beds. Over all hotel was great. It was better than our stay at the Quality hotel right down the road.

the shower is awesome, best pressure! The family that owns the place is super nice. Takes a minute to get your bearings off the road to get to the hotel, but worth it. Face it people for the price and proximity to Dallas, cant beat it !
