Clean room

Website advertised convenient store area and free nightly cookies and milk. Front desk clerk said they recently downgraded to a regular BW from BW plus. Didn't have the amenities advertised but I paid the same price as a BW plus. Horrible value for my money.

The room was spacious and clean. There is a heat lamp in the bathroom. It was clean. Has a good breakfast including a staff person making omelettes. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The bathroom light fixture and the metal stand over toilet had rust on it so not very aesthetically pleasing. Also, the wall around light switch needs repaired-it's pretty rough. There was no light fixture when you enter the room. There was a stand up lamp near but it was dull. Needs brighter lights.

Cockroaches!!!!! Went to make a waffle at breakfast and saw the cockroach scurrying under the appliance…DISGUSTING! Lumpy, loud bed, so uncomfortable. Room smelled of bleach, not to prove clean but likely to cover up the level of dirty. Construction on site.
