Best Western Oakbrook Inn

It met my needs, the bed was comfortable, I like the soft pillows and the free breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated, poor lighting in the bathroom and they could have done a better job cleaning ie wiping down surfaces and cleaning hair from the corners of the bathroom.

The shower drain was not working properly.

Very poor service.

There was nothing we liked. We did not eat breakfast for fear of seeing more roaches.

When we first arrived, after unpacking we had to switch rooms because the TV didn’t work. During the middle of the night, we found several roaches crawling around in the bathroom. At checkout, the associate could have cared less! Completely unacceptable!

The property is in a convenient location near great Chinese restaurants and store. The staff was really fabulous! So polite and helpful. Breakfast..homemade omelets! My room was comfy and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were never cleaned each day. Floors had hair in the bathroom, tub and on bottles. The hall smelled like mold

The staff was excellent breakfast was very good in the rooms are very well maintained.

We loved the location, the friendliness of the staff,the amazing different choices of breakfast. We've stayed at a lot if best Western locations and this was the first place to offer build your own omelet.

The person being loud and stomping around upstairs at 4am and also the bed sinking in the middle
