My husband arrived at 4:00 PM to check in and left the hotel. At 11:00 PM, we both came back to the room and the entire room was full of mold. The woman at the front desk refused to change our room and kicked us out of the hotel!! Everything record too

"Noisy, bad customer service and too many distractions."

The location was great for me.

The person at the desk was more worried about the birthday party than taking care of me and my wife. Gave us the wrong room when I showed her I had reserved a king size bed and NOT a double queen. There was so much noise going on the 2nd floor literally all night. We called to let the front desk know and nothing changed. Then, at 6:30am we kept hearing rooms being opened over and over and people being so loud. This was a horrible experience and will not stay here again in the future.
