Aloft by Marriott Katy Mills

Nice beautiful hotel. Clean and great staff. Location and ease of access was a plus. Lobby was delightful. Nice bar and can sit talk and eat in the common area.

I booked here last minute due to the hotel I checked in was not up to part. I didn’t book here first because of poor reviews. Low water pressure, couldn’t sleep good because I heard noise in the hallway all night. I guess some teenagers had a room and the got into an argument. Then the first day the person in the room next to me was coughing all night and hollering at the kids.

The staff member who checked us in was great. She welcomed us the moment we walked in the door.

Luckily, I pulled the sheets back before we laid down! The sheets were not changed from the previous guest or they were not washed very well. I always bring my own sheets when we stay at hotels so I just changed them. There was also a stain on the mattress that should probably be removed. The hotel is also pet friendly and I was unaware but that is completely my fault. The hotel was really quiet so that was great because we just needed to rest.

The property was great but the staff was very rude and unprofessional. They refused to accommodate us with added daybed for our son.

The air is as out in the lobby the hotel works were hot as hell they were nice but shit they HOT and sweating the phones were broke room service/housekeeping never came to my room and I stayed two lights and I had to go find my own iron and ironing board this was a horrible experience and it was my anniversary they should hv gave me a credit but they hit me with that you used a 3rd party company but yal make to much money to be without AC
