Great location within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. Secure perimeter to the area with very friendly security staff. Apartment was serviced on a daily basis.

After making and paying for the booking we were sent a message from the property managers, NOX, that we have to pay a R10 000.00 deposit. The deposit would only be paid back after 14 days with a R350 processing charge. Or you can pay a R750.00 waiver and get R10 000.cover. These are all additional charges which are not clear when you book on booking.com. Then when wanting to cancel the booking because of the charges which were not clear the cancelation charges are far higher than the waiver so you are left with no real option but to pay. Obviously this is after you/your messages/calls are diverted from the operator to the other because they are unable to help. Then you have to register yourself with Nox to get access. Even then we waited for an hour for the person to arrive to give us access. The facilities are nice and the location is great. However, our trip to CT was a quick no nonsense in and out and the complexities of dealing with the "hidden" costs and the additional registration and waiting for access is certainly not helpful when you have limited time.

Near Waterfront

On arrival they asked for R10 000 cash after everything was paid in advance The guy from NOX after a big fight said he will give us the keys for a less cash settlement We did take it up with NOX. But they did not respond in what will happen to the Peter guy who demanded a bribe He made himself at home sat on the sofa changing the TV channels. So unprofessional We asked the Marina security to take him off the premises They asked for a fee for housekeeping. BUT there was no housekeeping. The cleaners came in scanned their phones and left. To check in but nothing were done. NOX again only said sorry. What a nasty experience

Nox was 30 mins late for check in. Apartment linen, towels and furnishings were uncomfortable and threadbare.

A lovely stay at the Marina residence. Security is top level and feel very secure, amazing location in the V&A waterfront with shops and restaurants a walking distance and feel safe to walk around.

Beautiful apartment and secure convenient location

Terrible assistance using AI virtual agent. Completely frustrating when power outage and when requesting late check out or bag deposit. Delay for agent to arrive when I checked in.
