While the apartment is gorgeous, the staff friendly and the location top and (in case you found it!!) the utterly complicated, not to say ridiculous booking process ruins the positive experience!

As a result of the above mentioned process I would NOT book it again. Unless dramatic changes in the process occur… for the booking of Altmore 001, I received 17 (!) emails, at least 6 or 7 with the same stupid text about a deposit (of 10-30000 Rand) to be refunded within 2 weeks for potential damage to the apartment. All this by NOX some “in between” agency. Just as bad, the address of the apartment building is given as Dock Road 1 which is impossible to find as it is a whole industrial complex and nobody can tell you where the apartment is because they forget to mention that it is within “Marine Residential”. We had another super apartment almost “next door” at Mountain Marina Luxury Apartments - no problem whatsoever, simple and efficient booking and handling!

Amazing location within very secure canals area close to all the shops. Spacious and beautiful apartment.

When Nox replied at checkout time regarding my request to extend my stay. That was so disappointing but everything else was perfect 👌

Excellent Property. This was our 4th stay but never again as long as NOX manages this property. Can Booking.com indicate what properties NOX Manages to avoid in the future.

We received 45 e-mails from 001Altmore via Booking.com We waited an hour for the keys. After completing daily on-line check-ins we still had to upload another ID photo that did load apparently. NOX will kill this property. The arrogant key delivery man called me on my first name witch I did find very strange. I was not his buddy. Water leaked through the ceiling dripping right next to the toiled making you have a shower while on the toilet. Previously the cleaning was included in the price - but no - this time you pay extra for cleaning as well as a breakage holding deposit. Buy 001Altmore/NOX.

Had a wonderful stay! It was so clean and beautiful! Most amazing view! Staff were extremely friendly.

I took the one bed room apartment with specious living room and equipped kitchen. it was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the waterfront.

1. There was a note about a deposit amount that needed to be paid in booking, which many of us overlook when making a booking. The deposit could either be a significant amount "20,000 ZAR if I am not mistaking" that takes two weeks to be refunded after checkout or a nonrefundable deposit of approximately $100. 2. The registration process to obtain the scan keys was inconvenient and took extra time, you know system lag and so on.
