Location was excellent

The costs of the waiver was not disclosed. The option was R 20000 deposit refundable in 14 days or R 750 non-refundable breakage deposit. The place is managed by an external company, which means your personal details ID etc are captured on another portal which is a security risk. After all the documents were completed, on check in, I had to complete the form again.

Location excellent, accessible and moreover, security on top and view was perfect. The accommodation was over expectation and my wife love it. Further, the room has all the necessary amenities as per advert.

Nothing Nothing Nothing But only one, shot stay & was still enjoying the apartment. We are planning for 08th to 11th August 2024 to experience little bit more.

We were only able to leave the complex by one gate,

Perfect location in front of the marina, spacious accommodations, cleaning service cones every day and you can get groceries at a store 10 min away by foot, very secure.

There was an ongoing noise in the kitchen area from either AC or some other equipment. Wasn’t a problem as much as you wouldn’t hear it from the bedroom but in the living room the noise was quite loud. The logistics of check is I why I would think twice about booking it again as in the last 24 hours before check in as I was making my way to CT both myself and my PA were pestered to fill in some paperwork on a third party website and pay deposits which we have already done months ago. So coordination between the hosts and HQ is very poor. They ultimately did figure out it was all done 3 months ago but this left me very disappointed. I was literally at a point of cancelling and booking another hotel while already in route. They also work with a third party provider so lots of fingers in the pie.
