I had an exceptional experience.

That i had to leave because my trip was over

Bad breakfast, if coffee finishes in the jar they dont bother to refill even after requesting so rude staff esp Ekansh Mehta who thinks he is the goon of the property and goes around threatening people

Breakfast was good and would have been better with more vegetarian options.

Only direct air from the vent was bothering as it faced bed straight so we couldn’t sleep.

The staff is great. Every concern was handled professionally.

We had trouble communicating with the cleaner for our rooms. They cleaned the rooms but there were no towels in both rooms. One of our rooms when we arrived seemed like no other cleaning was done other than the bed, such as crumbs in the kitchen, dirty fridge and the worst part was the bathroom had stains that were not permanent. When we arrived even after specifically stating that in one room there would be three people in a room with one king size bed, the sofa bed was not made up, which was handled but not something you want to deal with after a long travel day.

The room temperature was set to 21 which Kept the room very cold
