Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

Location was in great proximity to the beach. We arrived and we were greeted by a nice lady I believe she works the morning shift. One staff member longer jet black hair working the evening shift was rude at check in, rooms were not ready at check in after coming three hours one way, sightseeing and spending time onthe beach. There was no ETA on when rooms would be ready on my reservation. Resort fee but not many resort style amenities

Our experience was great. The room was very clean. We were able to walk to some of the local recommended restaurants. We will definitely come back .

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Loved being right there at the beach. Location was amazing and close to everything we wanted to do with our little one. And it was a great price for how long we stayed.

I booked based on the pictures I saw first then the price. However, I was taken back when I entered my room. Room 711 was not up to my standards, nor did it look anything like the pictures I saw on the website. The beds were too big for the frame, the blankets had stains. I pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs and found food crumbs and a straw wrapper under the sheet. The bathroom was also, not up to par. The walls and baseboards were dirty; the shower head did not work fully. The living room area was bare, and the furniture looked as if was from another era. The balcony was filthy with bird droppings. If I would have been able to find somewhere else to stay for the price I would have. Again, I loved the staff and location. I had to look at it like this: I'm here for a few days and I only have to sleep here.

I have a couple complaints pertaining to house keeping. Floor never sweeped nor cleaned felt like I was genuinely walking on the beach inside my hotel room the moment we got there. Never changed linens, and only took trash once during 5 night stay.
