Due to state fire regulations, guests may not exceed the stated occupancy for each room type. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian The deposit can also be paid with money orders, travelers checks, or cashier's checks. Our per-night resort fee is charged at check-in. Resort Fee Schedule: March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities. Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals. Note: On-site parking is limited. Additional parking is available across the street from the property. Resort fee is $19 year round.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Overall great location."

The location to the beach

The room has a kitchenette no cookware, no utensils, no paper towels nothing to cook with. Also, fecal matter on the side of the pool never cleaned. Parties at the pool which had Marijuana with children around. Asked staff to leave towels and rags never left.

"Location only. Never again."

Location is ALL this place has.

Everything! Sadly this will be our last time staying here. It is a dump! Not even worth the money it cost. Very outdated and dirty.

"MAY 15 - 17, 2026 GREAT TIME"

The front desk was kind and professional. Had to have maintenance come to room because of hot water issue. He explain to me about hot water, just backwards on turning hot and cold on. Very beautiful views of beach/ocean from balcony. I could sit there all day! Room was very nice! Separate sleeping area from couch and TV area. Also had fridge, microwave, stove/oven, etc. This was great for leftovers from eating out. Thank you for a great time at your hotel! Until next time

"Radisson experience"

2.0

The room was not clean. The people across the street were dealing drugs. A man cursed me for his dog not being on a leash whom actually works on the radisson beachfront setting up chairs. I have stayed previously and never had issues. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

"Quick beach getaway"

This was a spur of the moment trip my boyfriend and I planned and this hotel provided everything we needed without much planning. The front desk clerk Kimmie was a delight!

"Exceptional"

Location was awesome. Staff was amazing after having a bad experience at another property. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The pool was a decent size.

Parking was really confusing and there weren't many parking spots. Breakfast is not included and shpuld be. Elevatos were alittle outdated and just gave off a "this could break down feel" lol.

"Mediocre, appliances not working in the room, not any less than staying in an Airbnb with more amenities after they add"

That Kawas on the beach

Appliances not working in room, one elevator not working and the other two super slow and staff usually got on them in front of guest. Limited parking, could have stayed in Airbnb with more amenities for the same price after they added all the extra fees.
