Due to state fire regulations, guests may not exceed the stated occupancy for each room type. Our per-night resort fee is charged at check-in. Resort Fee Schedule: March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities. Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals. Note: On-site parking is limited. Additional parking is available across the street from the property. Resort fee is $19 year round.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Satisfying and nice stay"

Beautiful ocean view, quiet and clean room, free self parking. Bathroom was a little small and no soap dish in the shower. Could use a little painting outside on hand rails but not bad as is. Lady at front desk and all the housekeeping are extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. Great hotel for great price.

"Great Stay!"

Great location and very clean rooms. As soon as we checked into our room, a man came by and asked if we needed more towels or anything. We said towels, that way no room clean etc. during our stay. He handed me a tone of towels! Front desk service was amazing. Didn't use pool, but the hot tub was wonderful . Very comfortable king bed

The room was spacious. It was more like an apartment since it was the Penthouse suite. Very good location and beach side. Balcony overlooking the beach was great! Beds were comfortable. A/C kept the room nice and cool.

Parking was not great. Not enough space to park big SUVs especially in the below parking deck. The room could have been cleaner. The floor was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. I asked the staff for towels and never got them.

"Roaches"

Location is perfect but the tv was broken and we saw multiple ROACHES in our room. Also parking was a nightmare
