We spent great time in Khiva Palace Hotel, the staff was very kind and helpfull. Shihnazar helped us with transfer from airport and how to get to the places. The room was big for our family, we are 5 people, and was very quite. I suggest this hotel for families! Near there are many markets and the old Town is just 5 minutes by car. Top!!!👍

"Personal amable y ubicación perfecta"

Hotel con ubicación muy buena, puedes ir andando desde la estación de tren. Estas a 5 minutos en taxi del centro y además tienes restaurantes muy buenos al lado. Beko el chico de recepción nos atendió muy amablemente y nos ofreció habitaciones superiores y check in anticipado sin coste alguno. Las habitaciones estaban recién reformadas y las camas eran muy cómodas. Además la piscina tenía la temperatura perfecta y tenían cerveza fría. Sin duda repetiríamos hotel, nos ha encantado

"UNA DECEPCIÓN"

La habitación era muy grande y limpia y el desayuno correcto

Hotel muy básico con instalaciones deterioradas pero limpias. La televisión no funcionaba y la piscina (motivo por el que lo escogí) estaba vacía. Al día siguiente la llenaron pero el agua estaba marrón Por el mismo precio hubiese encontrado algo mejor

El personal muy amable , atentos un 10, tuvimos un problema de alergia y nos cuidaron mucho, ubicación perfecta aunque no esta en la ciudad vieja, que nosotras ya lo sabíamos, el desayuno mucha variedad y rico

Accueil sympathique, piscine rafraîchissante à 12 min de la porte Est de la vieille ville et à 2 minutes de la gare par la belle avenue piétonne. Le restaurant Sofra juste à côté est une très bonne adresse.

The hotel is located about less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minutes walk from the ancient city of Khiva. The personnel is very sympathetic and ready to help and answer any request. Khiva amusement park is in front of the hotel and Sofra, the best restaurant in town, is next to it.

The rooms need to be cleaned up from the dust.
