Amazing! Khiva palace hotel is perfect. We will recommend and already would like to come back. Breakfast very nice, coffee is tasty, swimming pool clean, staff is smart. Opposite hotel is amusement park. Like everything. Very quiet city. Tea and teapot in the room, conditioner.

Good location, nice staff, good restaurants nearby.

To be honest, the whole place needs a refresh. The bathroom was dated, the sheets didn't fit the bed, and we didn't always have electricity. Breakfast was poor with kittle quality choice.

The staff were helpful.

It was dirty. The electric plugs were hanging loose, carpet has never seen a vacuum cleaner, the curtain rail in our room was falling off, sheets didn’t fit the bed, room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon. Breakfast was awful. I would not recommend staying here.

"Not the best place to stay in Khiva"

lacation, walking distance from railway station and historic sites

We were given a room different to the one we booked, we were given two single beds, they promised to fix this but never did, the bathroom was not clean, water stuck in the shower, I would not stay there again. The pictures show different things that the reality.
