"Could be cleaner."

Very comfortable beds

Cleanliness is not good. A lot of hairs in the room. Air condition is small for the size of the room and not really cooling. Pool area is not looked after at all. Sun beds are broken and the water is not clean. Location is quiet good, but very loud on weekends, as there is a entertainment park across the street. Staff is friendly and helps wherever it is possible.

I loved everything about the stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location was a 5 mins drive to the old city or 20 minutes walk. The breakfast spread was amazing and honestly one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel in Uzbekistan. The staff was friendly and so helpful especially the two male receptionists. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in khiva. You won't regret it. The staff helped me book my flights back to Tashkent and honestly went above and beyond to help us.

"Perfect place for me"

I had requested a ground floor room as I have a leg and back injury. And I was allocated a wonderful spacious room with beautiful rugs on the floor. So far the most comfortable place I've stayed in Uzbekistan. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A wonderful spread for breakfast in a dining room beautifully designed with ikat weaving for decor. Just visually fantastic. Good walking distance from Itchan Kala.

"Enjoyable stay close to the train station and the old city."

Great location within walking distance of the old city and a couple of outstanding restaurants. Less than 5 min. to walk from the train station. The manager (Timur) was very helpful and made sure our stay there was enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and the room service was great

Breakfast buffet was good, but lacked a couple of 'European' choices, it was maybe due to our stay being in the off-season.

Good breakfast - and excellent location next to railway station. A good 20 mins walk to old city, or get a taxi. Sofra restaurant next door good. Clean and very good value. Unheated pool for the brave.

- Water pressure in shower was quite bad - No Vegetarian options in Breakfast, no international dishes - 1 km walk to main tourist attractions - Bad wifi

"Superb"

It was very convenient for the train station as we had a train to catch in the morning. The breakfast was also very good. Good selection of hot and cold food.
