Hotel Khiva Palace

Close to the old town. Just a walking distance. Cheapest hotel option. They arranged transport from and to the airport for 13 dollars.

My room was close to patio where people eat and talk until 12am during the weekend. Loud music which was impossible to sleep. I complained with receptionist and music stopped but it wasn't a great experience. Transport more than half an hour late which is a lot. No apologies for that as well.

The room is very small, the beds are not comfortable. Also the bathroom is very old and toilet was broken. Service of the staff can be much better,most of them are very lazy.

Very nice, spacious and clean room. The hotel is close to the old town, just a 10 min walking in a pedestrian street. Also close to the train station (no need to take a train). The staff of the hotel was very kind always ready to help. The guy at the front desk of the reception (Ulug Beg) was very kind, thank you very much!!

Excellent hotel, short walk to Ichan Kala. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Hospitality was great, very attentive to our needs. Hotel let us check in at 0700 after the overnight train from Tashkent and prepared a breakfast for us at our last minute request. Great location walking distance between station and the old town and next to a good restaurant.

Empty swimming pool meant a very long fall for our toddler who runs a lot without paying attention...... So constantly trying to stop.him running around whilst having breakfast outside.

We liked everything about our stay at Khiva Palace, including the location, breakfast, and comfort of our room, but especially the hospitality of the staff. Mr. Ulugbek Salaev provided all the necessary information before our arrival in Khiva and supported us throughout our stay with sightseeing and dining recommendations, explanations, and an amazingly convenient airport pick-up service, both before and after our stay. We can highly recommend staying at Khiva Palace to anyone visiting Khiva.
