Cumbria Park Hotel

Good value for money. Good choice on dinner menu and excellent breakfast

Smaller room than had previously and needs plugs updating and bathroom updating

excellent low-cost hotel, made from a series of terraced houses. Nice basic room, very clean with good decor and carpet. Good breakfast buffet style. Corridors to room a bit up and down. Every time I went from the room to the exit I took a different route; could be signposted better.

Restaurant and food. Very good. Would eat there again even if a non resident. Staff were nice and keen.

Rooms a bit tired. Shower in our bathroom (a partitioned off part of the bedroom) was feeble.

Staff were great - friendly and professional. Restaurant/bar and reception area were a nice environment to eat and chill. Outdoor area was pretty and a lovely sun trap. Restaurant food was great and breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

No fridge in the rooms. The windows unfortunately were not sealed well and we could hear road noise
