Excellent value for money. The hotel is ideally located to visit Carlisle and surrounding countryside including Hadrians Wall. The room was spotless, the staff very friendly and the food excellent. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, good breakfast, location. Common areas nice

Room very small and cramped, too hot, felt soul- less. Bed not comfortable. Felt like the room had been given the minimum of a refurb.

The staff were nice as we're the meals.

We were in a suite that faced the main road. The road noise was so significant, I asked to change room at night as it was impossible to sleep.
