Americas Best Value Inn Waukegan

I was the last room by the stairs and heard every time someone came downstairs through the door. No washcloths and didn’t have any soap for the bathroom. The curtains were short so the light from the building outside shined through.

The beds could have been softer. There were little holes all over the walls.

It's not bad for the price but it wasn't the location I was expecting

The staff was nice and very helpful wuth assisting wuth transportation and ny concerns. I was uoset because my card was charged but they stated the did not charge ny card. When i paid cash for the room

That staff was helpful and was a quite place to stay second time we have stayed and it was pleasant

Early check in and friendly staff. The only con would be a little better with cleanliness but overall, great stay!

Hotel is very out dated. Wired smell as soon as I opened room door. Smelled like a mixture of mold, mildew and urine. Rust in restroom along floor and ceiling. Staff was respectful. Check in/out was very fast. Had no time to try the breakfast but it looked and smelled delicious.

Horrible nasty hotel they didn’t give me my refund

The room was in terrible shape. Curtains were torn and dust everywhere. I took pictures of all this. Towels had stains. We left a day early as it was just to filthy to stay
