Best Western Valley Hotel

It was a lovely hotel and location

The room was warm and only a small window but think it was more as it was an old property. Had it been warm weather think it would have got too warm.

We spent our 20yr wedding anniversary here on may 6th. The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed and slept well. The receptionist was very nice and helpful on arrival. The night bar staff were very welcoming too. A lovely stay, will be coming back soon.

The hotel setting , lovely gardens and plenty of good parking. Rooms well equipped, plenty plug sockets and very comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent restaurant, good choice, well presented, lovely staff.

Nothing a great stay

Hotel is lovely and in a beautiful location . Staff very helpful and professional.

I have stayed at the hotel many times and all the rooms are very nice however , this time I was in room 19 and although it was nice and comfortable the shower was very disappointing. The flow was extremely weak which resulted in my shower taking a very long time .

The hotel is quirky which we really liked, the beds comfy, good quality bedding etc.

There is no sound insulation at all. We could hear someone snoring in the room above us and have to share the toilet experience every time they creaked across the floor to the bathroom. The noise from communal areas is very loud also, both my partner and I spent a lot of the night awake and often not to stay for our second night.

TV didn't work, despite a complaint to reception

The room was very nice and spacious and bathroom very clean.

To the rear of the hotel felt it was very open .Not fenced off any could walk in

I ve just had the pleasure of staying with a group for the last three nights, location is excellent and the staff all really really friendly, helpful and attentive, thank you all for such a super stay , five star service , I look forward to seeing you all again in the near future Ross ( coach driver)
