Best Western Valley Hotel

Excellent service. Beautiful location.

Despite paying for upgrade of room, it was cramped and overlooked pipes and roovee.

Room was great, we had a four poster bed.

we had a 2 night stay with you, each member of staff we encountered were so polite & friendly. everywhere was spotlessly clean. not much of a view from the window but for 2 nights it was fine. appreciated having adjoining rooms. Will definitely recommend and return

The hotel on check in gave a welcoming atmosphere

The cups and spoons were dirty and the grey throw on the bed had marks on it. There were a few waitresses on breakfast service who should have been asking if you wanted more tea or coffee but instead we had to ask.

Lovley location, free car park, generous room size. Lots of plug points, made drying hair in well postioned dressing table in bay window with natural light.

Bed very uncomfortable , matteress needs to be changed stayed in room 10. Room decor and bathroom dated and needs modernising. Ditch 4 poster

Cleanliness of the bedding.

Breakfast staff were accommodating with my blind partner and offered to get what she wanted from the self service buffet whilst I got my own breakfast. It's unusual for staff to offer and was very much appreciated by both of us.

Beautiful building and gardens. Plenty of parking.
