They were remodeling, NOT informed. No food on premises and large stains on carpet. Never made up our room, had to go out at 6am for coffee and shampoo. Man at counter, NOT helpful. Last time we stayed was fine, staff was very nice. But definitely NOT the case this time

Was not a good stay for several reasons: No staff to check us in at front desk. Coffee pot could not be used because a part was missing. A/C was loud and clanky. No hot water in am before checkout. We have stayed before with no issue.

Clean, comfortable beds, comfortable shower, not a bath.

Loud outdated air conditioner, no mosquito net on the balcony. Stuffy, we lived on the 4th floor, but it smelled a lot of cigarettes from the lobby and casino.

Convenience to downtown. Casino in property.

Smoking allowed, very, very noisy. Walls are very thin and outside windows need to be thicker and insulated to keep traffic noises out.

Room was dirty...carpets worn out...mold in bath....air conditioner noisy....I had booked 3 nights on the second niight I left and went to another hotel...casino was clean but once you leave there what a mess...I will never return there....had friends with 3 other rooms as well all really bad.....very dissappointed and disguted with the germs and dirt in the room everywhere...
