Park hall Hotel & Spa Lancashire, a member of Radisson Individuals

Property beautifully presented clean and welcoming .. however the grounds in some places are scruffy and litter fuelled this is something that needs to be addressed for its success

The staff at times were rude Not letting customers know there was a wait or informing them they were busy During our stay there was one main member of staff on reception who was efficient the others seemed to be in training and having to rely on her .. I understand staff have to be trained but let Custer know to avoid impatience

The hotel was amazing

Slipped on changing room floor

I stayed with my 2 sons age 4 and 12 there was a sofa bed in the room not made up I asked at 4:30 about this they told me they was right on it. We went swimming around 6:30 still not made up. So I asked again I informed them we was going out for tea and my 4year old will need to go to bed for 9pm. Still be 10:20 not made no pillows blankets. Not good at all. Also I asked for a fan as the room was a little hot and nothing

Empty promises

The pool area was good really good facilities

I was like it had just opened that night , bar staff didnt really know what they was doing , ordered food in the restaurant lack of communication brought one dish out and had wait 10 mins for second person to be served .

Room dated and old. No room service. Service was non existent and breakfast was rubbish
