The spa area was very nice nice sauna, steam room but empty cups every where pool lovely but could do with a ramp into pool instead steps

The room which i asked for i didn't get, I asked for a premier room but that wasn't i dread to think what a standard room look like. The bathroom door had peices of wood coming off, the pillows were a disgrace really dirty. The walls had marks all over which had patched painted, Outside on patio had broken glass and cigarette buts everywhere. The bathroom bin was never emptied while I was there four days, the descriptions of the room said I would have a coffee maker, safe, dressing gowns and slippers there there was none of that , we compain and they said nothing wrong with it. There was no cupboards to put ur clothes away. It said the hotel was a 4 star but it's was a 3 star

location was good just off the M6, traveling from Scotland to Wolverhampton and part way back to Scotland. the meals we had were very enjoyable. plenty of parking. the accommodation for disabled wheel chair users.

the only let down side to the room was the standard of (BAD DIY repairs) to the room, water stains on the ceiling from roof leaks, bad repair work on the doors.

Polite, helpful staff. Good food. Reasonably sized room and bathroom, which was clean.

There was a noticeable change in temperature in the corridor and the room as we reached it. Really chilly, and not due to overzealous air conditioning as there wasn’t any. Decent sized bed, but as it was two singles pushed together there was a large dip between the mattresses. The biggest issue was the noise on Saturday night. Thumping bass that went on until the wee hours of Sunday morning. Calls to reception made no discernible difference. Not conducive to a restful night!

Decor is tired. When we arrived (on 16 May) when the reception doors opened Christmas music was blasting. They were holding a Christmas taster evening. It did not entice me to book a Christmas stay and it was not what we needed when we arrived in May. We ended up going out to a lovely pub (Dog and Partridge) 10 mins away.

​I chose to book Park Hall Hotel entirely because of its affiliation with the Radisson brand, expecting a comfortable 4-star standard. Unfortunately, the reality of the property did not match the brand reputation, and the stay fell significantly short of expectations. ​The property is currently suffering from a severe lack of maintenance. In our room, there was noticeable black mould on the windows and the surrounding walls. The bed was also heavily worn to the point where it slanted visibly to one side, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. When we requested a fan, it took an hour to arrive, was broken, and was so heavily covered in dust and dirt that I had to clean it myself, then fix it. ​The exterior grounds, particularly around the cottages, feel quite neglected. There are discarded construction materials around the site, an abandoned hose acting as a trip hazard on a main pathway, and a deep hole that was left insufficiently covered. ​Management did kindly offer a discount on a future stay to make amends, which I appreciated, but I declined as I do not wish to return given the current state of the facilities. I have reached out to customer service to share my feedback and photos privately but have not received a response, which is why I am sharing my experience here.
