Staff coming into the room even though we didnt need them to when we didnt put the door note to say yes. Fridge too small. Could only hold 6 drinks and a takeaway container. Beds were very soft. Sunk into them. Bins weren't big enough. Water was on the floor before turning on the shower and was damp the whole stay

The rooms were well presented and spacious, clean and functional. The domestic staff were absolutely beyond expectations.

The excessive dripping from the air conditioning onto the front door stoop.

The room was a bit musty initially.

The location was good, very easy to get to.

The bathroom was not clean. The main bedroom light did not work. The air-conditioning had a large, bright display that made it impossible to have it on and have darkness too. The mattresses on both beds were awful, with springs clearly visible and very uncomfortable to sit or lie on. The smoke alarms in every room started at 5am. We left our room and put our belongings in the car. Then we stood in the freezing cold with other guests for about half an hour. No staff appeared, no one came to direct anyone. Finally after half an hour the smoke alarms stopped sounding. Still no staff came to check on guests. After another 15 or so minutes, we chose to return to our rooms and try to sleep. Other guests said they didn't think they'd sleep because their beds were so uncomfortable. When we checked out the concierge did not even mention the smoke alarm from earlier in the morning. I can only assume that staff has no idea it had happened. I think the 3 star rating is to high. For 3 stars I expect no frills, but clean, comfortable and staffed to check on guests safety in emergencies.

The door lock system feels like not secured enough. Other car was park in the front of our room so I park a bit far.
