Aircon noise from other rooms outside

The beds and pillows so uncomfortable you could feel the spring coils made my whole back sore I ended up sleeping on floor was more comfortable. The shower rail was broken so had no where hang towels

It was ground floor

Very difficult getting in and out of the shower as you had to step into it which is not good or safe for the elderly or anyone with knee/hip issues. The rooms are all non smoking but there was strong odour of nicotine in room.

Location,price, had stayed before, staff very friendly and helpful

The shower taps all but fell off the wall, reported and they were put back on but leaked badly,reported again and we’re still leaking when we checked out . I feel it has deteriorated since my last stay ,starting to look rather neglected.

Our walls had lots of green stains and our carpets had lots of build up of dirt and grime but overall it was not that bad.

No lights on the corner room till late night. Not family friendly. Good for a work trip.

When in Mt Gambier, we like to stay at the Red Carpet, it is very central, clean, comfortable and very affordable.
