Badlands Inn & Suites

All in all it was a place to sleep for two nights without the fanciness that other motels have. So for me it served its purpose for a very reasonable price.Location was Good. Central to all the business in town. The room, bathroom and bedding were clean.

The door that was used to access room was extremely difficult to open. A piece of concrete was used to keep the door from shutting all the way which negated the security. The lights above the vanity sink didn't work and there was no soap when first arrived but that was taken care of in short order. The caulk in the tub had mold stains which always makes things look cheap. There were things that detracted from my impression of the place such as a large stain in the carpet outside my room and the swimming pool and hot tub were filled with dirt. Which I usually never use anyway but if they are not cost effective I can understand why they are being removed from service.

I liked nothing didn't stay at motel. Asking for a full refund.

The cleanliness. Room given wasn't cleaned from previous night. Dirty towels in room. I am asking for a full refund along with other customers. Hotel was half closed do to water damage. Paint peeling off walls, had a smell in the building. Staff on duty couldn't give refund. Manager has yet to reply back to me.

Good budget option for Theodore roosevelt national park, great location, big and clean rooms with good amenities
